It is located in the economic and technological developing zone in Taizhou of Jiangsu province,south in the high developing the Chang Jiang River delta. As a privately-owned enterprise of Hong Kong Feile company in China mainland, the investment of the first period was 5 million Hong Kong dollars. With nearly two and a half years’capital construction, it covers an area of 4000 SQM and there are more than 100 staff.
